Auto Parts Counter/Assistant Manager
Company was established in 1981. The company distributes aftermarket auto parts to Car Dealers, Auto Parts Stores, Garages, Fleets and Municipalities. It has four warehouses in the West L.A./South Bay market.
Looking for an Assistant Branch Manager with the potential of advancing to a future Manager’s position. The responsibilities include COUNTER SALES, customer service, employee performance, inventory control and assisting in resolving issues pertaining to the branch.
Minimum of three years experience in WHOLESALE AFTERMARKET auto parts industry. The applicant must be experienced in a high phone volume environment, and a quick turnaround delivery of auto parts.
The assistant manager must assist in defining and implementing all appropriate procedures that ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing 15 employees
• Delivery Services
• Training and motivational programs for increased productivity.
• Developing new business
Skills:
- Strong Management/Leadership
- Strong Communication Skills– (Verbal/Written)
- Computer/Inventory Systems Knowledge
The successful candidate will be experienced, success in delivery services and warehousing. A communicator, creative, intelligent, self-disciplined (proven track record of working effectively with minimum direct supervision), Must have necessary inter-personal skills to interface effectively with all levels of personnel and customers.
