We’re seeking career-minded individuals for our Sales Agent Trainee opportunities in the Los Angeles area. Our Sales Agents engage in sales activities, and work in a local office providing the industry’s most comprehensive membership and insurance products. We support the success of our Sales team by providing: licensing sponsorship, sales incentives and extensive formal paid training. Candidates must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will have:

1.2+ years of proven sales experience, BA/BS degree a plus
2.Bilingual speaking a plus
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4.Competitive sales drive
5.Computer savvy
6.Commitment to maintaining superior member relationships
7.Valid California driver’s license and good driving record
8.Ability to qualify for California Personal Lines Insurance License
9.Prior insurance industry and or sales experience is not required but always a plus
