Qualifications: The Blueprinter must have strong technical skills in the area of collision repair procedures. The ability to work in a team environment, strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain profit levels while obtaining an agreement to repair. In addition, the Blueprinter is required to have a strong mastery of the third party estimating software systems (Pathways, Mitchell and ADP).

Key Responsibilities:
Auto Damage Blueprinting- Analyzing disassembled vehicles by documenting the full extent of the damage in an orderly fashion. This shall include frame, metal, mechanical and refinish related damage
