We are a multi-million dollar auto-parts distributor and retailer based in the City of Industry, CA. We have been in business since 2002 and specialize in after-market auto accessories & products. We currently have several openings for Sales/Customer Service Specialist. Primary responsibilities will to bring in new sales, drive-up overall revenue, and develop new channels. Candidate will also be responsible for maintaining business continuity with our existing clients, as well as help develop new processes and procedures to increase productivity in the overall sales cycle. This position will also be responsible for providing phone & email based customer service on a variety of issues such as product inquiries, shipping and returns, etc.
Job Description
This is a full-time position. Work hours will be Monday – Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Job Requirements
* Must have previous sales or business development experience, preferably in the auto-parts industry * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have a very professional demeanor * Must be familiar with e-commerce and selling products online * Previous experience with eBay is a BIG plus * Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a BIG plus * Traditional and new media marketing experience a plus.To Apply:
