We are a large rapidly growing company offering top-of-the-line auto insurance services seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You must have proven ability to drive new customer sales and prior success managing sales staff in a competitive retail environment. You must have excellent closing skills with a high-end product. You must have the desire to succeed and commitment to beat quotas, and the ability to coach others to have the same. Excellent interpersonal communications and leadership skills required. Active auto insurance license required. Spanish bi-lingual skills a plus.
