Automotive Repair Store Manager
at Sunland Tire Co in Los Angeles, CA
Looking for a highly successful motivated take-charge store manager/service writer for an auto repair facility.
- Base pay is a negotiable with a large bonus based on production
- Up to 2 weeks paid vacation,
- Medical & vision plans,
- Simple IRA (401K) with highest match possible by law
- The position is full time. You MUST be able to work at least 5 days a week.
Experience in selling automotive repair is a MUST. At least three years experience is necessary to even be considered.Proof of sales ability (sales print outs, shop production reports, etc) is required.You will need an excellent work ethic, attendance, and reliability. References will be checked.You MUST be able to manage people effectively and be able to delegate.A mechanical background and ASE certs are a plus
About the position:
1. Service Writing, Sales, ordering parts, answering phones
2. Manage sales people, Manage Techs, Maintain work flow, etc.
3. Make sales contacts / service existing accounts
4. Make objectives and track progress.
